The mission of The Global FoodBanking Network (GFN) is to alleviate world hunger.  We do this by collaborating to develop food banks in communities where they are needed around the world and by supporting food banks where they already exist.

Landesa champions and works to secure land rights for millions of the world’s poorest, mostly rural women and men to provide opportunity and promote social justice. We envision a world free of poverty. We are committed to a future in which all women and men who depend on land for their livelihoods have secure, legal land rights – one of the most powerful tools for lifting oneself, one’s family and one’s community out of poverty.

We partner with governments in Asia to help create a positive alternative to institutional care (orphanages) through local family-based care for disadvantaged children. Our vision is to see a million children moved from orphanages into local foster families.

The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) is an adaptable and flexible, non-bureaucratic organisation responding promptly to conservation threats by supporting trusted, reputable individuals and organisations operating in the field. Lean on administration but generous on funding, the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation supports a range of innovative, vital and far-reaching projects throughout Africa and Asia, achieving real results for wildlife survival by: - sending undercover agents into the field to investigate illegal wildlife crime, training and supplying anti-poaching patrols - establishing nature reserves and other protected areas - working with governments to establish conservation laws and regulations - educating wildlife consumers about the plight of the animals they 'use' - teaching young people about endangered wildlife through art and school projects

CHW SUPPORTS CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS IN LESS DEVELOPED PARTS OF THE WORLD, THROUGH GIVING GRANTS TO LOCAL ORGANISATIONS, WHICH WORK WITH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE EVERYDAY. GRANTS ARE GIVEN TO PROJECTS WHICH RELIEVE POVERTY, ADVANCE EDUCATION, RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND OFFER RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THE CHILDREN'S AND TEENAGERS' SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES.

We exist to nurture the leadership development of women changemakers around the world by supporting their unique, lifelong journeys with leadership development programmes, opportunities, and funding for education.

Founded in 2004 by a group of young professionals who believed people can make a difference, HandsOn Shanghai is an officially registered non-profit organization with the Shanghai Civil Affair Bureau since 2010. Governed by a board of 11 members, the HandsOn Shanghai volunteer platform helps to bridge the divide that exists between individuals who are looking to give back to their community and the organizations that would benefit from the support that volunteers can provide. With a primary objective of providing flexible volunteer opportunities for busy professionals and serving local charities in needs, HOS manages a big group of volunteers and a diverse range of community service projects in Shanghai Currently we engage more than 2500 volunteers each month through more than 150 local service projects. Projects that benefit the young and old through long term, committed, partnerships with more than 75 project partners. MISSION: Concordia Welfare & Education Foundation is a Hong Kong based non-profit organization founded by Lutheran Christians and dedicated to improving the lives of impoverished rural communities in Asia through education and service. Overseas China Education Foundation (OCEF) is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit charity Foundation. Its sole mission is to raise fund to promote China's education, focusing its work on helping under-privileged children in rural areas of China to obtain basic education.

1) Provide timely humanitarian relief in emergencies to help people whose lives have been threatened by conflicts and natural disasters. 2) Assist communities whose social foundations have been destroyed by providing rehabilitation and development cooperation for self-sustainability. 3) Pursue conflict prevention and resolution through our field activities. 4) Raise public awareness by disseminating information on assistance needs. 5) Put forward proposals for improving the effectiveness of relief-providing mechanisms in society.
