The St. Pete Free Clinic's mission is with compassion and respect, St. Pete Free Clinic changes lives by providing health care, nutritious food, recovery housing, and education for our neighbors in need. SPFC’s programs support health equity by providing nutritious food for those who need it, increasing access to healthcare, helping those recovering from substance use with stable housing and support, and educating our community. Our mission is to advance change in America by ensuring equitable access to nutritious food for all in partnership with food banks, policymakers, supporters, and the communities we serve. Through a network of more than 200 food banks, 21 statewide food bank associations, and over 60,000 partner agencies, food pantries and meal programs, we helped provide 6.6 billion meals to tens of millions of people in need last year. Feeding America also supports programs that prevent food waste and improve food security among the people we serve; brings attention to the social and systemic barriers that contribute to food insecurity in our nation; and advocates for legislation that protects people from going hungry.

Operation Surf’s curriculum-based programs aim to inspire injured military and veterans to seek wellness in all aspects of their lives while providing the necessary resources, tools, and peer-to-peer support to continue this mindset indefinitely. Founded in 1947, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is committed to providing expert, compassionate care to children and adults with cancer, while advancing the understanding, treatment, cure, and prevention of cancer and related diseases. As an affiliate of Harvard Medical School and a Comprehensive Cancer Center designated by the National Cancer Institute, the Institute also provides training for new generations of physicians and scientists, designs programs that promote public health particularly among high-risk and underserved populations and disseminates innovative patient therapies and scientific discoveries in Boston, across the United States and throughout the world.

The Alzheimer's Association's powerful advocacy witnessed the Improving HOPE for Alzheimer's Act signed into law through the Association's leadership. At the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's participants walked in small groups in their neighborhoods to raise $86 million.

Lucie’s Place provides LGBTQ young adults experiencing homelessness in Central Arkansas with safe living environments, job training and counseling services in order to ensure lifelong stability and success, and works to promote equality and acceptance for LGBTQ young adults.

JASMYN supports the empowerment of LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults through leadership, advocacy, resources, and a safe and affirming community.

Equality Florida is the largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing full equality for Florida's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community.

While our focus is for LGBTQ+ individuals; which slightly makes us different overall, we also provide the community with intentional efforts to empower diverse intersecting identities within the LGBTQ+ community thru skill building, support and resources from all aspects of life, health and education. We pride ourselves in allowing the communities that we serve to determine the work that we are doing; not funding, in turn differentiating OSKC from mainstream organizations here in the KC metro area. Our Spot KC provides community enrichment and development programs and operates an LGBTQ specific housing program providing transitional and rapid re-housing services for those in need.

GenderNexus is an emerging organization in Indiana that empowers people who are gender diverse to lead authentically healthy and holistic lives by connecting them with supportive services to meet their physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, and environmental needs.

TAKE Resource Center is the only center that is Trans focused, Trans lead, and all of the staff members are Trans women of color here in Birmingham, Alabama.
