War Child helps them to process their intense experiences, dare to reconnect with other children again and build self-confidence. They ensure that they learn how to read, write, count and learn a trade. Besides that, they create a safe environment where children can build a stable and above all, peaceful future. War Child does this worldwide. From Colombia to Afghanistan. Not because they like it that much. But because children are entitled to it. That is why they offer psychosocial support, education and protection to refugee and vulnerable children in fourteen countries. Because every child is entitled to a place where they can play safely, learn and recover from all misery.

Foundation "Voor Mekaar" is a small organization that provides a home where young people with mental and / or physical disabilities can live safely and where they can participate in society. As Foundation Friends of "Voor Mekaar" we want to provide support where social services and public funds are not sufficient or not available. "Voor Mekaar" distinguishes itself by the unique personal way of coaching, where the young people themselves are the starting point. "Voor Mekaar" can be translated in 2 ways: "for each other" and "it's ok"

Every day 4 families in the Netherlands learn that their child has a critical, sometimes even life threatening illness. The family life changes immediately. An impact that is hard to imagine. Make-A-Wish Nederland wants to give all these young patients, between 3 and 18 years, a positive boost. An experience that makes them stronger and gives them trust and power for the future. We do this by granting their dearest wish.
