In times of triumph and through adversity, Coast Guard Foundation programs: -focus on the well-being, education and morale of the men and women of the United States Coast Guard; -empower and educate Coast Guard families; -provide critical support during times of injury and loss. We also support academic, athletic and leadership excellence for cadets at the United States Coast Guard Academy, and partner with the Coast Guard Auxiliary - the volunteer arm of the service - providing units with critical funding for mission support.

Northeast Florida Women Veterans, Inc. is focused on ensuring women who have served on active duty, National Guard or Reserves and their children, transition into the civilian community with the tools they need to become self-sufficient

The Honor Bell Foundation’s mission is to create a community of veterans to foster public appreciation of military service and honor their fellow veterans with a proper, final tribute.

The organization was granted a charter as a not for profit corporation for patriotic and educational purposes with special concern for the welfare of veterans. The organization's principal activities consist of advising and assisting veterans with respect to their benefits, advocating on behalf of veterans, and fundraising for various civic and religious causes.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES AID, ASSISTANCE, EXPERIENCES, PURPOSE, INSPIRATION AND HOPE TO CHILDREN BATTLING SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS, MILITARY VETERANS IN NEED, AND THEIR FAMILIES.

John T. Holzum Memorial Foundation was created to continue the tradition of giving set forth by my father, John T. Holzum. He was a man of great integrity and character. He gave of himself relentlessly while being a great husband, exceptional father of six children, owning a business, serving as president of a school board, and serving as Faithful Navigator of his Knights of Columbus council. John T. Holzum Memorial Foundation produces events to raise funds for a variety of benefactors. Country Family Reunion benefits the USO of Missouri, and Mission Possible benefits Professor Craig & Shari Miner's mission trips to foreign orphanages to assist children with disabilities. The foundation funds a variety of special needs cases, including sending underprivileged children to Summer camp, buying Christmas presents for homeless children, and purchasing a violin for a young aspiring musician. The foundation will start a scholarship for two graduating high school seniors beginning in 2018. We intend to serve more causes as our foundation grows! John T. Holzum Memorial Foundation's staff have worked together for a decade to serve the needs of many in our community, and a wonderful support group of volunteers rounds out the family the makes our foundation a success! Military members nation-wide confront a multitude of problems during their careers, the last thing they need to worry about is their pet's care during their service commitments. Dogs On Deployment is a 501(c)(3) national non-profit which provides an online network for service members to search for volunteers who are willing to board their pets during their owner's service commitments. Dogs on Deployment promotes responsible, life-long pet ownership by military pet owners by advocating for military pet owner rights, providing educational resources and granting financial assistance for military pet owners during times of emergency. 3/8 Veterans of Fallujah and Ramadi is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to aiding Veterans in need. While 38VFR was founded by combat Veterans of 3rd Battalion 8th Marines, we serve all Veterans. Our choice of name is meant as homage to our comrades and their service; particularly those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country and brothers. It is their example of selfless service and sacrifice that motivates our actions. These Marines were engaged in bitter fighting over the course of 2 deployments with the battalion suffering 25 KIA and over 300 wounded. With this background we understand many Veterans still suffer from effects of combat sustained during their time of service and hope to help Veterans navigate post military life.

Upstate Veterans Alliance works as a nonprofit organization comprised of likeminded Veteran organizations to support local veterans and their families.

Motorcycle Relief Project is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides relief to veterans with PTSD and other injuries by taking them on structured and professionally-led five-day dual sport motorcycle adventures. Our mission is to honor and encourage veterans while providing opportunities for them to decompress, get unstuck, connect with other veterans and take steps toward healing and recovery.

SLDN is a non-partisan,non-profit, legal services, watchdog and policy organization dedicated to bringing about full LGBT equality to America's military and ending all forms of discrimination and harassment of military personnel on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. SLDN provides free and direct legal assistance to servicemembers and veterans affected by the repealed "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" law and the prior regulatory ban on open service, as well as those currently serving who may experience harassment or discrimination. Since 1993, SLDN in-house legal team has responded to more than 11,500 requests for assistance.
