We offer classes on horticulture as a form of therapy, yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises for a total wellness experience to alter the course of struggling warriors. Honor Flight San Diego (HFSD) is a non-profit branch of the nationwide Honor Flight Network which consists of over 130 independent “hubs” across America. HFSD escorts veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit their memorials using monies donated by individuals, foundations, associations, business owners and corporations who wish to recognize our veterans’ contributions and thank them for their service and sacrifice to the United States and its citizens.

They make funds available in the days immediately following a mishap to help with family expenses such as funeral, travel, and lodging costs.

Valor Service Dogs is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization that helps post-9/11 wounded veterans regain their independence, return to civilian life, and maintain successful partnerships through the training and placing of mobility assistance and PTSD service dogs. In addition to aiding their veterans in community reintegration, both physically and psychologically, Valor Service Dogs brings awareness and education to the general public on service dogs, their training, and the laws that allow service dogs to be active members of society.
The purpose of Veterans Empowerment Organization, VEO, is to enhance the quality of life for all veterans on their journey to self-sufficiency. VEO’s mission is solely dedicated to helping veterans put their lives back together. Veterans Empowerment Organization was founded in 2008 to address the lack of services available to Atlanta’s homeless veterans. Over the years, more than 6,500 veterans have been served through transitional and supportive housing, workforce initiatives, mental health and substance use interventions to empower veterans on their journey to self-sufficiency.
