Specifically, we are committed to young people and families in crisis, pregnant women and mothers and babies in crisis, and all other wounded people, within our society, who are seen as abandoned and neglected.

Family Promise of Southwestern Pennsylvania connects children and families experiencing homelessness with a network of local congregations and dedicated staff, all focused on providing them with shelter, meals, hospitality, and support until they are able to return to sustainable independent lives in their own homes

Urban upbound, formerly known as the east river development alliance, inc. (erda), is a community-based non-profit organization located in long island city, queens. The mission of urban upbound is to provide residents of public housing and surrounding neighborhoods with the tools and resources needed to achieve economic mobility and self-sufficiency, and to break inter-generational cycles of poverty.
