The mission of the Matthews Help Center is to provide short-term crisis assistance to our neighbors in the greater Matthews Community. We serve residents within a 6-zip code service area in Charlotte, Matthews, Indian Trail and Stallings, North Carolina. We provide financial and non-financial assistance for families facing eviction and utility disconnection. We also provide food, clothing and household items. A program of the Matthews HELP Center is our Backporch Treasures Thrift Boutique, located in the back of our building. This store is filled with items donated to us by our community. From clothing to shoes, antiques, collectibles, decor and more. Revenue generated from the sale of these items supports our financial assistance programs.

The mission of the Food Bank of Lincoln is to alleviate hunger in Southeast Nebraska. It serves 16 counties.

Target Hunger works to alleviate hunger and its root causes in the heart of Houston's inner city. Target Hunger is dedicated to provide hunger relief to those who are food insecure in and around the Houston inner-city communities we serve, along with offering programs intended to help as many as we can become more self-sufficient. Every dollar donated and every volunteer hour contributed helps fund our important mission, and to all those who support us we extend the sincere gratitude of every family, senior, adult and child helped by Target Hunger .

Family-to-Family, Inc. is a grassroots nonprofit 501(c)(3) hunger and poverty relief organization dedicated to providing food, personal hygiene products and other basic life essentials to American families struggling with the challenges of poverty. By connecting donors one-to-one with specific families in need, family-to-family’s mission is to bring a large and seemingly intractable problem – poverty – into personal focus, making proactive, attainable results possible…one family at a time.

Roadrunner Food Bank provides food and hope to 70,000 New Mexicans experiencing hunger each week by feeding people, seeding partnerships and leading the charge to end hunger.

THE OSHKOSH AREA COMMUNITY PANTRY STRIVES TO ELIMINATE FOOD INSECURITY.

The Chattanooga Area Food Bank's mission is to lead a network of partners in eliminating hunger and promoting better nutrition in our region. We serve 20 counties in SE TN and NW GA, where 1 in 6 individuals, including 1 in 6 children, is hungry.

Founded in 2007, Whidbey Island Nourishes is a volunteer-powered, nonprofit organization dedicated to nourishing youth and others in need on South Whidbey Island by preparing and delivering no-cost, ready-to-eat meals while promoting nutrition education and good food choices.

UpRoot Colorado (UpRoot) increases the nutrition security of Coloradans by harvesting and redistributing surplus, nutrient-dense foods while supporting the resilience of farmers.

St. John’s Bread & Life has worked to alleviate hunger and poverty in Brooklyn and Queens. We serve nearly 3,000 meals to hungry New Yorkers every day.
