Rock River Valley Self Help Enterprises mission is to provide quality habilitative programs and services that promote advocacy, empowerment, and the development of independent functioning skills of individuals with disabilities, which allows for maximum participation in the community.

Magdalene Omaha/Thistle Lights is a survivor-led program of healing, recovery, and economic empowerment for women who experienced sex trafficking/prostitution, violence, and addiction. Our two-year residential recovery program offers long-term housing, access to comprehensive trauma-informed care, legal support, and educational assistance for our residents. Residents also gain employment experience through Thistle Lights, our survivor-led small business which features hand-made products designed and crafted with love by a survivor.

The mission of First Shift Justice Project is to empower low-income pregnant women and parents to safeguard the health and economic security of their families by asserting their workplace rights.

BENDER LEADERSHIP ACADEMY'S MISSION IS TO CHANGE THE CAREER TRAJECTORY AND INCREASE LONG-TERM, COMPETITIVE, INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. THROUGH A NETWORK OF SCHOOL SYSTEM, BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT PARTNERS AND OTHER VOLUNTEERS, THE BENDER LEADERSHIP ACADEMY'S COMPETENCY-BUILDING PROGRAMS ENABLE STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES TO ARCHIVE CAREER SUCCESS THROUGH A SERIES OF IDENTIFIED EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITIES.

The Mission Create living-wage jobs, while establishing Haitian owned and operated small businesses, through the production of affordable charcoal using environmentally sustainable biomass and a financially sustainable business model and to work with other NGO's and organization to serve Haiti's poorest families. Vision Provide an environment that enables and encourages right-relationships with God, other people, and God's creation. To promote collaboration and networking with businesses and organizations working in Haiti and in alternative energy projects throughout the Caribbean. To use these relationships to support self-sufficient businesses throughout Haiti which provide services to people of every economic status and develop educated, capable professionals from within the local community. Youth With Faces gives youth in the juvenile justice system a second chance to be more than a faceless statistic. We all know making poor choices is part of growing up. But for incarcerated youth, the poverty and dysfunction that led to their mistakes create a cycle of crime difficult for any teen to overcome alone. This is why we are here, every day without fail, with respect, accountability and belief in their potential. We help Dallas County youth change doing time into a time to learn and practice critical character lessons and work skills. As a result, they significantly reduce their chances of returning to custody and can build a new identity – as a capable young person with a contribution to make.

1812ada provides education, employment advocacy and transitional planning. They are dedicated to assisting our members with identifying the necessary resources needed to succeed in schools and the workplace. They are devoted to assisting our members to ensure that they receive their reasonable accommodation as specified by their medical professionals.
