Textile products are distributed within wholesale and retail markets and are also sold by U.S. women in their local communities. Giving Guatemalan women an opportunity to earn an income from their skills gives them self-confidence and hope for themselves, their families and their communities. For U.S. women, reaching across borders to give a hand up to help women in developing countries allows them to participate in economic justice on a global level.
