Hudson Pride Connections Center (HPCC) is a home and voice for the diverse LGBTQ community and our allies that advocates for our physical, mental, social and political well-being. We create safe and vibrant spaces to gather and celebrate our lives. HPCC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-governmental, community organization situated in the Journal Square neighborhood in Jersey City, one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in this country and home to the largest LGBTQ community in New Jersey. Hudson Pride was established in 1993 to serve as an advocate for both the LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS communities in Hudson County and more than 20 years later, we are still delivering a wide array of services, programs and events to meet their on-going needs. Our programs and services include LGBTQ support groups for youth, young adults, middle adults and seniors, specialized groups for HIV+ gay men, transgender individuals and women of color, community training and education focused on helping provider agencies to deliver LGBT and HIV competent services, LGBTQ health education, HIV outreach services, social service linkages and advocacy.

The Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) has the mission of empowering people who are blind or visually impaired with opportunities to seek independence.

Founded in 1910, the Center for Hearing and Communication is the oldest and largest nonprofit organization providing comprehensive hearing rehabilitation and social services programs for individuals who are deaf or have hearing loss. With locations in New York and Florida, we continue to expand and enhance services for the deal/hard of hearing community, while adhering to our mission by providing services regardless of age, ability to pay, or mode of communication.

JBI International, founded in 1931 as The Jewish Braille Institute, seeks to empower blind, visually impaired and reading disabled individuals to participate fully in educational, cultural and communal life by providing free access to works of Jewish and general interest through its Braille, Large Print, and Audio Libraries. The Lake Drive Foundation’s mission is to help families of hearing impaired babies during the most critical years of brain development—birth to age 3—regardless of their financial status. The Lake Drive Foundation, comprised of a volunteer board of trustees including business and community leaders, educators and pediatric hearing loss professionals, raises money exclusively for the Sound Start Babies™ Program, an early intervention program for babies with hearing loss.

NEADS World Class Service Dogs was founded in 1976 to train and place assistance dogs to help people who have disabilities and children who have autism. NEADS has trained over 1,800 Assistance Dog partners (person and dog) now living and working together across the USA, including assistance dogs to help veterans of our wars with physical disabilities and with PTSD. NEADS is the oldest continuing Hearing Dog program in the country and the first program on the East Coast to train a Service Dog.

The Sabin Vaccine Institute's mission is to reduce needless human suffering from vaccine-preventable and neglected tropical diseases by developing new vaccines, advocating for increased use of existing vaccines, and promoting expanded access to affordable medical treatments.

Founded in 2004 and incorporated in May 2008 as a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, BRIDGES, Inc.’s mission is to provide education, awareness, support, community outreach and avenues of advocacy to brain injured survivors, families, caregivers and healthcare professionals.

The mission of The Bee Foundation is to raise awareness of brain aneurysms and increase funding for preventative research that saves lives.We are building a robust and dynamic brain aneurysm research community with our Scientific Advisory Board, donors and network of researchers interested in grant funding to support meaningful research. Our community, anchored by our grant recipients, is committed to advancing brain aneurysm research.

The mission of the Noah's Hope – Hope4Bridget Foundation is to raise funds in support of scientific research, and inform the community about Batten Disease. Batten Disease is a rare, fatal autosomal recessive neurodegenerative disorder that begins in childhood.
