Liberty Humane Society's mission is to foster a community of compassion and respect, and provide animals in need with a chance at a lifelong, loving home.

The mission of HLAA is to open the world of communication to people with hearing loss by providing information, education, support and advocacy. Founded in 1979, HLAA is the leading organization for people with hearing loss in the United States.

Life Health and Wellness Center was created to serve the homeless men, women and families. Our providers also serve Veterans and victims of Human Trafficking. Our clinic does not discriminate against race, color, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or ability to pay. We are a group of health care providers that provide family medicine to our patients. Many of our patients do not have health care but they do have chronic illnesses that have not been treated in years. We have contracts with the local universities and provide clinical education to students for Primary Care clinical rotations. The student are taught use evidence based methods to assess, diagnosis and treat patients and also educate patients about their current condition. We are also developing ways to sign patients up with insurance so they can become compliant with medications and therapies ordered to maintain positive health outcomes.

Mission Rabies is an international NGO headquartered in the UK with offices in the USA, India and Thailand. Despite being eliminated from many countries, rabies still takes a devastating toll on the world’s most marginalized and vulnerable. Existing models of rabies prevention remain inappropriate for implementation in most countries that remain rabies endemic, because they lie at the bottom of the UN HDR rankings. Since 2013, Mission Rabies has been implementing vaccination and education programs where the need is greatest, collecting evidence and sharing lessons to make global elimination a reality. The goal of Mission Rabies is to eliminate dog-mediated human deaths caused by rabies by 2030 through mega vaccination drives and educating communities at risk on the disease.

The Carroll Center for the Blind's mission is to serve the needs of individuals who are blind and visually impaired by providing rehabilitation, skills training, and educational opportunities to achieve independence, self-sufficiency and self-fulfillment, and by educating the public regarding the potential of persons who are blind and visually impaired.

To increase awareness and prevention of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) within families, communities, schools and Student-Athletes through education, healthcare screenings as well as donating automatic electronic defibrillators to schools that cannot afford them.

The Forsyth Community Clinic Mission is to harness the heart, expertise and resources of the community to deliver free basic health and wellness services to uninsured adult Forsyth County residents in need because it is vital that a community ensures its most vulnerable residents receive access to healthcare as a bridge to wellness and increased quality of life. It is our goal to lessen the gap in primary healthcare services for those without health insurance.

Learning Ally transforms the lives of new and struggling learners through literacy. By understanding how each student learns, Learning Ally will provide solutions to support and empower educators and students to solve the literacy problem.

Parkinson's Resource Organization is the only emotional and educational support organization in the Parkinson's world with a vision of working so that no one is isolated because of Parkinson's disease. Our mission is helping families affected by Parkinson's through Information and Referrals, a monthly newsletter called "Newsworthy Notes", Educational and Emotional Support Groups, and the only virtual, vetted, video-driven Resource Directory located on our website. Since inception, the organization developed support and educational group meeting that have now gone virtual and can be reached in any home around the world. These sessions provide the Parkinson's community with information and education regarding health care, legal matters, finance, and other areas of professional help, up to and including Hospice, where our constituents may be experiencing difficulty. The Audio Information Network of Colorado is dedicated to normalizing the lives of Colorado's blind, visually impaired, and print disabled residents by providing audio access to newspapers, magazines, and other ink print materials not available through another resource.

The mission of the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF) is to cultivate a healthy & stigma-free society through transformative action. In 1997, three AIDS service organizations in Tucson (Tucson AIDS Project, PACT for Life, and Shanti Foundation) merged to form SAAF. In 2014, SAAF took over several initiatives from Wingspan, formerly Southern Arizona's LGBTQ community center. In 2015, SAAF celebrated 30 years of providing services and continues to be the only community-based organization in southern Arizona providing case management and ancillary support services for people living with HIV/AIDS and their families; culturally appropriate prevention and education programs to reduce the rate of infection; & LGBTQ community outreach & engagement.
