Our recent work has focused significantly on the private sector, because too many governments around the world have abdicated their responsibility for climate action and broader environmental protection.

The mission of the Sierra State Parks Foundation (SSPF) is to provide critically needed financial support and advocacy to the Lake Tahoe-Donner State Parks for education, interpretation, restoration and preservation consistent with the mission of California State Parks. We fund projects and educational programs that connect park visitors with our rich natural resources and cultural heritage. Because of this work and advocacy our parks will continue to be places of education and inspiration for generations to come.

The San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy preserves, protects, and shares the natural and cultural resources of the San Dieguito River Valley through collaborative efforts to acquire lands, complete trails, restore habitats, establish educational programs, create interpretive centers, encourage recreation, and mobilize public support.We partner with other organizations to complete the planned 70-mile Coast to Crest Trail from Del Mar to Julian in San Diego County. 48 miles of the Coast to Crest Trail are open to the public today!

Improving lives through access to safe, reliable water, sanitation, and hygiene in the world's most neglected areas. As of Jan. 1, 2024, Lifewater and Water for Good have become one entity and will function under the name Water for Good. Although neither organization required merging, it became evident that by pooling our resources, talents and expertise, we could significantly enhance our impact on the individuals we serve.
